All returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via the official KOSPET help center or email within 30 days of receiving your device to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the smartwatch and all original components in the initial shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Item
Send your package to the designated KOSPET service center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
